I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me faster than I expected!!! The reply actually answered my question clearly and didn’t feel like some copy-paste response. it’s just nice dealing with a shop that really replies and helps!!!

The exchange process was smooth and they swapped it out quickly without much hassle. Still, I was disappointed I had to deal with it in the first place.
